A clandestine organization known as the SSC works to eliminate Japan's otaku culture, posing a threat to free expression. In response, an otaku enthusiast known as Otaku Hero emerges as a resistance figure. Joining forces with three energetic magical girls named Anarchy, Blue, and Pink, they aim to dismantle the oppressive regime and restore fandom.
