Visiting the various shops, Mirai obtains a school uniform and a broom before hearing about what drove Riko to search for the Emerald Linkle Stone. Just then, another enemy, Spalda, steals Mirai's Diamond Linkle Stone, preventing her and Riko from transforming, and summons a Rock Orange Yokubal to attack the shopping district. Just as the girls are cornered, Riko's passion to protect her beloved town awakens a Ruby Linkle Stone hidden in the town's flame, allowing her and Mirai to transform into the Ruby Style and defeat the Yokubal, recovering Mirai's Diamond Linkle Stone in the process.
