Kei invites Miki to his piano competition. She tries to call Yuu, but he's off studying with his new friends. In the end, she's joined by Michael, Suzu, Meiko, Ginta, Arimi, Tsutomu, and Yayoi. Ryouko happens to see that Rei's shop is swamped with customers, and jumps in to help Akira out. Kei plays a piece he composed for the piano competition, which Miki recognizes as the piece he dedicated to her last Christmas. Akira manages to ask Ryouko out on a date, but she still isn't over Namura. Miki gets a call from Yuu, but Brian takes over to talk to his brother and gives him some shocking news.
