An invitation arrives from a female fan named Toyoko Tokushima. She invited Kogoro to her Monja restaurant in Tsukishima. After eating the Monja, Toyoko is almost choke to death by a cabbage core. She claimed that her childhood friends, Bufu’usu of Tsukishima, are trying to kill her. Kogoro and Conan investigate the culprits.
