Kogoro discover Mizusawa san collapsed in the fire but failed to save him. Kogoro is then send to the hospital. By watching the 40 years old film using a kinescope and revisiting the dam, Conan is able to figure out the case. After gathering everyone, Conan tranquillised Kogoro and make use of Professor Agasa’s voice to solve both the case of past and present. (Source: Wikipedia)
