Wanting to avoid a fight, Scavenger leader Rita Iizumi somehow manages to convince Mikoto that she's a member of Judgment sent to recover Doppelgänger. While Mikoto pursues Doppelgänger, who's targeting an airship filled with secret information, Rita guides them towards the facility the Scavengers were supposed to deliver Doppelgänger to so they can sign off their job and escape.
