Half and Half

A woman in her 20s named Hina-chan recalls her first love, a man named Itsuki, who once defended her from bullies and brought her comfort. After he and part of his family left, she remained fond of him. Itsuki's grandmother still lives nearby, maintaining a tenuous link. One day, Hina shares a dream about Itsuki with the grandmother when a tall, attractive stranger arrives. The stranger is Itsuki, who now presents as a woman and identifies as such. Despite this change, Hina feels drawn to him again. However, Itsuki, seeing herself as a woman, is only interested in men, raising the possibility of Hina being hurt once more.
