Kaze ga Tsuyoku Fuiteiru

A former high school track star, Kakeru, is caught stealing food and rescued by Haiji, a runner from Kansei University. Haiji invites Kakeru to move into the apartment complex Chikuseisou, where they intend to train with other residents for the Hakone Ekiden Marathon, a major university race in Japan. Kakeru discovers that most of the other residents are inexperienced.
