Kyoukaisenjou no Horizon

In a distant future, Earth is ruined and abandoned as humanity ascends to the "Tenjo" upper world, gaining god-like abilities. After a war in Tenjo, humans lose their powers and return to a mostly uninhabitable Earth, settling only in a region they call Shinshuu, based on modern-day Japan. To restore Tenjo, they create a parallel world called Juusou Sekai and begin reenacting history from 10,000 BC using a record called the Testament. In 1413 TE, a reenactment of a historical war damages the boundary between worlds, causing Juusou Sekai to collapse. The displaced inhabitants invade Shinshuu, defeating its people and dividing their land under harsh conditions. History is reenacted again, but the Testament stops updating in 1648 AD, leading to rumors of an approaching apocalypse.
