Tete lives in a quiet town reminiscent of Europe. A group of unusual newcomers has recently settled there, among them Geeta, a young homeless boy who resides under a bridge. Tete forms a friendship with Geeta, who shares the painful history of her past. She then asks him to hold onto a strange clock for a short time. Not long after, a threatening man arrives, identified as one of the last remaining members of a species possessing control over life and death.
