Neko to Ryuu

A dragon capable of breathing fire and harboring a dislike for humans is raised by a cat in the woods. Referred to as "Uncle Wing," the dragon looks after various inquisitive feline companions. Among them is a cat that journeys with a human prince and another that resides in the city and enjoys observing people. Over time, the dragon begins to develop a more favorable view of humans.
