Shimada Kanon wants to lead the top tank crew in the Kantou region. Alongside her close friend Mariko Mutsumi and their Panther V tank, they create the Nora Middle School Tank Crew. Without financial backing, their goal remains out of reach. An opportunity arises when delinquents arrive at their school in T-55 tanks, prompting a confrontation.
