Snowball Earth

Yukio was killed in battle, while Tetsuo escaped in a pod and remained in cryogenic sleep for eight years. The pod eventually returns to Earth, but Tetsuo discovers a world covered in ice and snow. The planet has become completely frozen, and humanity appears to be gone. Tetsuo seeks to understand what caused the Earth's transformation and whether he can fulfill the final promise he made to Yukio.
