Summer Time

A man nearing his wedding to his childhood sweetheart travels to his hometown to meet his best friend, who was expected to return from Tokyo for the event. Upon arrival, he discovers a note and gifts left by his friend. The note mentions a stormy night with lightning and rain that caused a power outage.
