During a lunch break between matches, Nikaidou gets worked up over his determination to play against Rei in the finals of the Newcomer Tournament, and vividly talks about his future as a Meijin. Meanwhile, at the Kawamoto house, Someji, Akari, Hinata and Momo are brainstorming a new summer sweet creation for Crescent Moon.
