Ayumi happens to see the face of a person after he blows his nose looking similar to the one that has been on the run for 5 years, so she calls for Conan, Haibara, Genta, and Mitsuhiko. While discussing the reward, the way they should tackle the issue, a man named Koji Tanaka passes by and gets caught in this as soon as he and Conan get to see the face of the suspected person. However, Tanaka insists on chasing the person alone while having the kids call the police instead.
