Keith is on the run from the law. He's able to find a shifting shard, and he travels to Templar. Robès is called in to return the runaway to Neotopia, since Templar and it are allied. Robès, however, suggests Zed instead as an escort. The shifting goes wrong, and Roya, Zed and Keith land in Tusk, an ally of Zymot. Both Hugh and Noah go out to find them. (Source: Wikipedia)
