Kei has stopped fleeing and chooses to confront the threat as Satou initiates another phase of violence. Frustrated by the government's denial of its role in live experiments on captured Ajin, Satou, an Ajin extremist, compiles a list of individuals involved in Ajin research and threatens to kill them sequentially unless his conditions are met.
