Sinbad and his friends re-encounter the neanderthals and the mammoths, who have settled in a jungle in Africa. When a young mammoth named Bumbo is injured by an irate rhinoceros, Sinbad's troupe takes him and his human brother Poco to an Egyptian pyramid which is said to be able to cure any ailment. After many hazards, most notoriously a pair of black panthers, they make it to the Nile, where they meet a group of scholars who accompany them to the pyramid. (Source: Wikipedia)
