Sinbad and his companions encounter Neanderthals and mammoths residing in an African jungle. A young mammoth named Bumbo suffers injuries from an aggressive rhinoceros, prompting the group to transport him and his human brother, Poco, toward an Egyptian pyramid reputed to cure all ailments. Their path is fraught with dangers, including a notable encounter with black panthers. Upon reaching the Nile, they join forces with a group of scholars who assist them in continuing their trek to the pyramid to seek a cure for Bumbo's condition.
