Guilty Crown

A meteorite strikes Japan, triggering the spread of the Apocalypse Virus, which leads to widespread destruction and loss. Shuu loses his family in the aftermath and becomes a withdrawn, anxious individual. He meets Inori, a pop star who reveals to him the King's Right Hand, a genetic ability that lets him transform people into weapons. Shuu becomes a focal point in a conflict between a secret government group and Inori's rebel group, Funeral Parlor. He must decide how to use his power, with the potential to alter the world's future.
