Cid Kagenou and the Shadow Garden travel to the Lawless City, a place under a red moon ruled by three monarchs. This city is known for its lawlessness and dangerous conditions. Cid's main interest is the Blood Queen, a vampire who has remained in a coffin for an extremely long time. Her awakening is approaching, and it may lead to a confrontation with Cid.
