A girl named Nina dreams of a heroic protector, unaware that two sorcerers from another world, Zero and Ichii, have appeared. They are participants in a test requiring them to retrieve the Crystal Pearl, a valuable gem sought by others. Nina accidentally consumes the Pearl, mistaking it for candy, and Zero and Ichii commit to safeguarding her until it can be recovered. While Nina’s wish for a loyal guardian seems fulfilled, the presence of other competitors and the dangers they face could turn her dream into a perilous situation.
