Sayonara no Asa ni Yakusoku no Hana wo Kazarou

A secluded group known as the Iorph reside in a distant land, living for centuries without aging. They record daily events in a fabric called Hibiol. Maquia, an Iorph orphan, lives in a peaceful oasis with friends but feels isolated. Their quiet existence is disrupted when the Mezarte army attacks by dragon, seeking the Iorph’s life-extending blood. Maquia escapes the assault but loses her home and companions. She discovers an abandoned infant and takes him in, naming him Ariel, with assistance from new allies. Over time, as societal shifts occur, the relationship between Maquia and Ariel evolves, complicated by growing conflict between the Iorph and Mezarte. The narrative explores the fleeting nature of time and the connection between two individuals who find comfort in each other during a time of uncertainty.
