Zoids Genesis

Natural disasters once nearly wiped out all life on planet Zi. A thousand years later, humans have begun rebuilding society by recovering ancient Zoids through mining and diving. In a village where the only artifact from the past is a giant sword regarded as sacred, a teenager finds an old Liger-type Zoid during a deep water salvage mission. Soon after, the village is attacked by skeletal Bio-Zoids seeking a powerful generator located there. The boy activates the Liger and learns the village’s revered sword is its weapon. Together, they repel the Bio-Zoids for the moment.
