Fushigi Yuugi: Genbu Kaiden

A girl named Takiko Okuda accidentally enters a fantasy world after trying to destroy her father’s copy of a book called *The Universe of the Four Gods*. She becomes the Priestess of Genbu and must find the seven Celestial Warriors. Her first meeting is with Limdo, an outlaw who can control the wind and transform into a woman, marked by a tattoo of the character for "woman" on his chest. She later encounters Chamka, a bowman who is also a Celestial Warrior and is hunting Limdo.
