Morel receives a call from Colt with a startling revelation about the Queen's last child. Gon is at death's door since his battle with Neferpitou. Killua departs the hospital with a plan to save Gon's life, advising Knov to assemble the doctors for the surgery. At the same time, the Zodiacs, the top members of the Hunter Association (including Ging), assemble to organize the election to choose the next president per Netero's final message.
