Ruby, a Japanese Hare Jewelpet has come to the famous Magic Academy to study. Her entrance exam however is to find a human whose feelings in her heart matches hers and was sent in the Human world in a really unfortunate way. In the Human World, an 11-year-old middle school student named Akari Sakura is going to school on her first day until she meets Ruby on the beach. Due to her magic, Akari is late for class after she and Ruby fall into the water. Ruby started to understand how miserable her life is as she follows her to school, even looking at her being embarrassed at Yuma, her classmate. She later apologizes at her house and finds out that Akari's feelings matches hers as a Jewel Charm appeared out of nowhere. Then when Ruby takes Akari to the place where she originally lived, Jewel Land, both Ruby and Akari pass and become students at the Magic Academy. (Source: Wikipedia)
