After his suggestion for improving work flow is approved by Himuro, Haida becomes more encouraged to work following positive feedback. While meeting with Manaka, Retsuko learns that Ton is now working at the convenience store with her. Retsuko feels guilty, despite Haida, Gori, and Washimi assuring her otherwise. Himuro becomes impressed with Haida's work ethic and promotes him as the director of the accounting department, replacing Yagyu. Meanwhile, Retsuko meets with Tadano. (Source: Wikipedia)
