An operation leads to the extraction of what appears to be a piece of wood from Mitsuki's body, evidence of the presence of Hashirama Cell that is to blame for his illness. After learning from Yubina that Mitsuki had only been the latest in a long string of cases, Team 7 decided to chart a course for the rumored origin of the cells – the Land of Silence's black market.
