Rihaku, leader of the Nanto Five Chariot Stars, orders Hyui and his motorcycle-riding Wind Brigade to begin attacking Ken-Oh's outposts. Meanwhile, Kenshiro encounters one of Ken-Oh's enlistment groups and infiltrates them. He finds the group run by the ruthless but cowardly David, who uses Glenn the Killer Machine, a man he raised only to fight. After Ken defeats Glenn, he renounces his evil ways, only to be betrayed by his master David, who orders his men to kill Glenn.
