Hyui of the Wind challenges Kenshiro to a sparring match, but is outclassed and leaves, wounded. At the capital of the South Star, the mysterious Last General of Nanto prepares to oppose Ken-Oh. Hyui launches a war campaign against Ken-Oh and his troops and succeeds in luring Ken-Oh out to face him, but he is no match for Ken-Oh and is killed with a single strike.
