Tsuki ni Ichido no Omeshi Agari

Maki is a rough and unrefined man who is constantly outdone by Sugimoto Shinji, his childhood friend who has since become a refined and successful businessman. Every month, Shinji invites Maki to upscale places, which make Maki uncomfortable, though he still shows up. Maki is well aware that Shinji has long been infatuated with him. Although Maki identifies as straight, he has recently become increasingly irritated by Shinji's frequent mentions of his own boyfriends.
