In London, a majority of deaths have historically been linked to dragons, creatures invisible to most people. A hidden community known as Reverse London exists on the city's concealed side, where some individuals can perceive these beings. Among them, only a select few are trained as witches or wizards to interact with dragons. Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole, the main characters, work as protection agents for Wing Bind, an organization focused on dragon conservation and management. Their role involves safeguarding and overseeing the dragons within London. The series was presented in theaters and simultaneously released online, with the theatrical version compiling all three episodes into a single showing.
