Cyborg Kuro-chan

A cat named Kuro is devoted to protecting his elderly owners. While out with his girlfriend, a dog named Pooly, he is captured by a scientist and transformed into a cyborg. Kuro manages to remove the controlling chip and discovers he can now speak and scare others with his mechanical form. To avoid drawing attention, he covers himself in the skin of a stuffed toy and continues living as a pet.
