MOONRISE

Humanity is governed by an international AI system known as Sapientia, which oversees a loosely connected global administration and ensures order through logical decision-making. A lunar initiative, which relocates offenders and waste to the Moon to preserve Earth's tranquility, results in hardship and inequality there, leading to unrest. Jack Shadow becomes involved in the ensuing conflict after his family is killed in an attack carried out by Moon-based insurgents. Seeking vengeance, he enlists in the Earth military and is deployed to the Moon as a reconnaissance operative. There, he encounters a surprising figure who leads the opposing resistance.
