All is well in the world of Soukaizan until the 7 Stars Mountain's rainbow turns gray once more. Meanwhile back in his own world, Wataru is transported back to Soukaizan after being informed of the calamity that has once again taken over Soukaizan. Once Wataru is reunited with the villagers and his old companion Himiko Shinobibe, he is given an explanation of the world's situation by Empress Seiryuhi. Wataru then receives all of the necessary items he'll need to fight against the new threat that Soukaizan faces and is blasted off into space to reach Mount. Shinkai. Arriving on Mount. Shinkai, Wataru and Himiko follow the scent of their old companion Shibaraku to a pizza town. The town is run by a man named Mozinini who inundates the town with cheese as he despises it. Wataru and Himiko try and solve the cheese problem, but Mozinini interferes and takes Himiko hostage in his tower. Wataru climbs the tower and faces off against Mozinini, only for the latter to gain the upper hand in the skirmish. Wataru and group find the town known as Joy Joy and note the obvious fact that all of the items, buildings, people, etc. are divided in half. This is because the town has been taken over by the Half Buki bros. So the group confronts the Half Buki bros. and due to an argument between the two brothers over a rice ball, Wataru defeats the half brothers, restoring the town to its undivided old self. Privy to Wataru's progression, Lord Louise informs his subordinate Fatty Ming about their advance to her town. Meanwhile, Wataru's group enters the town under Fatty Ming's control and is perplexed by how cows reign supreme over its citizens. Fatty Ming uses her cows to fight Wataru's group and thanks to Himiko they win against them. With the tides turned against her, Fatty Ming fights the group in her robot but loses to Ryuujinmaru. They learn from a girl from the village Miki that a place that resembles the description of the Star Wind Palace is in the town of Kalaza. So the group heads for their next destination, Kalaza! Wataru and group reach Kalaza, where pigs are considered sacred creatures. The group learns that the town is run by a foul woman named Hadana runs Olympic style races involving pigs. Those who race against Hadana and her own pig Tazosan and lose have their pigs eaten by her. So Wataru challenges Hadana to a race on the condition that if they win she'll leave Kalaza. She agrees and so Wataru begins training Figaro. On the day of the race, Figaro starts out slow but thanks to the power of Wataru's magical riceballs gains speed and power to catch up with Hadana. Due to Himiko's inference, Hadana summons her robot, in turn, Wataru summons Ryuujinmaru and the two fight. Amid the fight, Lord Louise Trouble appears and introduces himself but does not interfere with the fight. Wataru defeats Hadana and so Lord Louise invites Wataru to fight him at his domain.
