A morning in the dreary-but-peaceful forest kicked off with a customary morning radio - Moriyama Shu's Morning Frolic. The shabby machine still managed to work despite its treacherous vicinity; it was being wrapped upon one of the trees: with an alarm clock assigned to six o'clock straight. If it was propagating the radio programme, six o'clock must have arrived. Whilst broadcasting the programme, the machine seemed to possess a built-in feature that automatically distributed some bird food at that time. With the food loaded onto the plate, two birds who were resting on the branches swiftly dashed towards it, seizing the first pleasure of the day. Just as the two birds were rejoicing over their "breakfast", an atrocious crow cropped up, brutally blasting them away. For some reason, the excessive force exerted by the crow on the plate of that radio machine led the plank to fall apart - this activated a pulley-like wheel, resulting in several dominoes to fall, overlapping each other; afterwards, it pushed a tiny marble to slide down a pre-prepared track, with all those momentum the ball gather along the long journey upon the track, it eventually rebounded at a metal can, bumping into a glass bottle which was attached with a rope; this then triggered a brick to be thrown onto a platform made out of wooden block, thereupon, the timber that were deposited on top of that platform fell accordingly, landing exactly at a lever device; finally, the axe that was originally quiet sitting on it ejected with a considerably amount of force. After all of those gimmicks, parts of a chimney fell abruptly from a nearby villa, this was followed by a tragic scream. Coincidentally, the Mouri family were lingering around the district as well. They were there because of Kogoro's affair: a client of his requested him to ascertain the identity of the intruder who has been on the rampage around his house; however, they managed to solve the mystery effortlessly, and the truth turned out to be that the intruder was merely a raccoon. As a result, they were on their way home, conversing jovially. After some minutes, they noticed Inspector Yamamura within a few miles, standing beside a huge mansion. Right after he saw them, he instantly waved at them. Kogoro thus inquired of him about what case he was investigating, and Yamamura responded that there seemed to be an accident that happened a while ago, with the outcome of having one deceased: a middle-aged man who got struck down by the fallen chimney pipe, when he was drinking coffee on the deck of the mansion. Ran remarked that she has seen the victim already on TV, and Yamamura uttered that the victim is named Kohei Inoue, who is the chairman of the chain restaurant "Cheom Cheom". Even though the situation at the crime scene made several people, including Yamamura, believe that the victim lost his life in a sorrow accident, but Conan, who has perceptive insight, immediately realised that it was actually a murder! He then pointed out that at one end of the chimenry pipe, which took Inoue's life, the interface was apparently dented. Having identified the victim as Norihiro Shimada, Conan and the majority began to scrutinise the crime scene. Inspector Yamamura initially thought that Shimada most likely committed suicide, probably due to the timidity and panic he possessed at that time. Jumping off the bridge seemed rather justifiable for this consequence. Notwithstanding that, Conan did not feel convinced at all. He inspected scrupulously at Shimada's dead body and found out a relatively useful clue: the scraf that the deceased wore was assuredly the off one out. The reason that this notion arose from Conan's mind was that, except for this scarf, other clothes that the victim had seemed quite worth a fortune (expensive brands). Conversely, the scarf that the body had is a fairly cheap and crude one, more commonly found in society, simply. With this perplexity in mind, Yamamura was instructed to take off that scraf of the body. And what was beneath the scraf was... a noticeable mark caused by trangulation. Despite Yamamura thinking it would be plausible for the victim to strangulate himself while jumping down the bridge, Kogoro cut the non-sense out immediately and confidently procliamed that this could be treated as murder from now on. Kogoro, Ran und Conan untersuchen einen tödischen Brandanschlag in einem italienischen Restaurant in Beika.

Kogoro, Ran and Conan are walking on Beika streets at noon, as Kogoro wants to bring them to an italian restaurant. When Ran asks why, he answers that there's a free drink for every person. Suddenly, the sound of a fire alarm is heard by them, and it turns out the restaurant catched on fire! They witness how a man enters the restaurant, and Kogoro decides to enter too, and tells Ran to call the fire department. Kogoro rescues the man, and asks Ran to call the police too, as they saw a dead man inside. The fire department and Inspector Yuminaga arrive at the scene, and discovered how the fire started: yhe fire originated after a pot of oil caught on fire after a gas burner was left turned on. Then, Kogoro shows Inspector Yuminaga the dead body, but surprisingly the man didn't die because of the fire, but was killed. They deduce a burglar broke in, as the restaurant was closed, but when they saw how someone was inside, they killed him and made the fire on purpose. The dead man's identity is revealed to be the 39 year-old's italian restaurant cook Marcello Salerno. Then, the restaurant owner Ryutaro Kurasaka arrives at the scene, and the man who entered the building is revealed to be Jun Akimura, a waiter. Kurasaka states that no one held a grudge against him, as he was a good-natured and cheerful italian man, but suddenly Akimura says that he ran a tight ship. They see how some dishes were made by him, even if the restaurant was closed, and how one of the tables was arranged and prepared beforehand, meaning that the victim probably invited someone to dinner. Outside, a woman cries about Marcello's death, the woman is revealed to be Kurasaka's daughter Mariko, who was also Marcello's assistant. Mariko also had a strong rosemary scent, that makes Yuminaga suspect her. Suddenly, another woman arrives, but this time it's revealed to be Marcello's wife Arisa Salerno. She says that she wasn't sure if she could help, as she and her husband were separated and about to divorce. She also was the one Marcello wanted to meet, and that's why he prepared the dinner, but as she didn't know where the restaurant was, she decided to leave without arriving. After that, Conan deduces that Marcello made a breakup dinner for her wife, but the message that stated that wasn't on Marcello's phone, and in the phone there was only a message in italian language. Conan then listens how Akimura started to blackmail Kurasaka, as Mariko and Marcello's relationship. Kogoro was recreating how they found the body, when he bumps into a cart, that made Yuminaga suspect about how the murder was done. Many clues -like the same set of footprints and the utensils in the sink- revealed that the victim continued cooking until he died, and Conan wonders if the victim erased the culprit's footprints. When Ran goes search for him, he asks her what are the dishes in the cooking list: Bagna Cauda, Milanese-style risotto, Picatta and Tiramisu. But there's an extra dish made by the victim, that made Conan being sure about how the murder happened... (Source: DCW Wiki)

On a Friday afternoon, everything seemed to progress just as an ordinary Friday would; however, among a certain street, things had become exceedingly intense and imminent: all pedestrians were startled and ceased their movements as a result, gaping their mouths with utter astonishments afterwards. Obviously, all of their focus was completely taken away by a young man - Yuichi Beppu. He abruptly showed up with a gun in his hand, urging all of the pedestrians, in his perspective, obstacles, to drive away as he advanced in the middle of that street. All of the people went into panic hysterically and fled at their maximum velocity. The guy shouted. He glanced over the street. Immediately, he saw another pedestrian who was stunned but did not realise the severeness of the situation. The guy grabbed her by the neck. He escorted her fiercely into a nearby residence at random, which also happened to be an empty one with the door lock unlocked, and in turn kidnapped her rapidly without any negligence. Beppu closed the door to that residence. He darted through the staircases perceptively. He swiftly managed to open the huge window to the veranda of the second floor... The police had arrived... All media agencies liaised with each other, recording this dramatic scenario happening on this not-so-peaceful Friday afternoon. Beppu claimed himself as "Culprit X" and would kidnap the girl he had just grabbed randomly from the street. He chortled defiantly like a maniac. (Source: DCW Wiki)

Conan followed Ran to attend a karate class for children; owing to the fact that their instructor, Ryota Goda, had injured his arm, Ran was requested to substitute him as the children's karate teacher. Just as Ran began to start her warm-up session with the children, Goda strolled upstairs somberly to meet Noriyuki Momohara, the person who owned the building where the karate class was leasing. Momohara posed a rather annoyed face and complained greatly about the loud noises made due to karate classes. Regardless of how Goda attempted to implore for a longer rent, Momohara manifested no tolerance anyhow. Ran realised that she forgot her fist supporters, and Goda lent him his. That way, the class was able to proceed with adequate equipment. Midway through the intriguing part, the lights were shut, and Goda walked towards the power supply room to fix the outage issue; Conan desired to come along, yet was rejected by Goda with the reason of "out of reach". After some time, everyone in the karate classroom heard a scream emanating from the top. To examine the circumstances, Conan and Goda ran rapidly to Momohara's room, where the scream was heard. Goda saw Toru Namisugi in panic, who apparently had discovered the dead Momohara. The police had arrived at the crime scene to analyse the crime situation: the estimated time of Momohara's death was about three hours ago. Right beside the table that Momohara had fallen upon, an opened safe was visible, with a piece of lease contract paper placed inside. Conan poked around the crime scene and discovered a warm coffee machine and deduced that it might have been working some time ago, yet no cups were found within the room. Accordingly, the police decided to enquire about the suspects in this case - and Toru Namisugi was the first one: the victim and he had been friends since high school; after the victim's dad passed away six months ago and the victim had succeeded his father's company, he had been assisting in management work within the company. At around 5 P.M. he entered the victim's room and discovered the corpse beside the desk. He also said that normally the safe is closed, and the victim often deposits cash inside every month. After a while, the police discovered the murder weapon utilised in this case - a gold club. It was exceedingly obvious to notice as the one used as murder was placed upside-down. However, Conan doubted if the golf club was really the weapon for murder; he said that by judging at the victim's wound, the culprit had struck his head at his back, yet if the weapon was a gold club, then there would not be sufficient space to sweep the club properly in the air, not to mention implementing a murder. Accounting for the drag marks that remained on the floor of the victim's room, Conan speculated that the body must have been moved after Momohara was killed. Out of the crime scene, Conan encountered Ran and learned that Inspector Megure wanted to talk to Goda once again. Nonchalantly, Ran uttered that she forgot to return Goda's fist supporters and added the fact that they had got one of the shin pads missing. Conan went puzzled and inquired of Ran about shin pads, and Ran showed him a photo of it, which made him solve half of the mystery. On Goda's end, the police explained their hypothesis of the corpse being moved by the culprit to Goda. Goda then snarled with fear; he kept reminding the police about his injured arm, thus he may not be able to drag the victim easily. Nonetheless, Chiba suggested a trick: by tying the compression bandage around the victim's torso using the other hand and teeth, even if Goda had the other hand injured, he could still be able to drag the corpse with one hand across the room readily. By reviewing the renewal date of that contract placed in the safe, the police realised that it was right before Momohara's death; therefore, they concluded that most probably, Goda renewed it himself, as the victim and he were at odds on this matter. The reason for him to move the corpse was also to unlock the victim's computer using face recognition in order to renew that contract. In reality, did Goda commit the crime, or was he being wronged? Seltsame Phänomene im Sufutsu-Resort während des Mädchenausflugs

Soaked in the steamy-hot water from the Sufutsu Hot Spring, Professor Agasa, Mitsuhiko, Genta, and Conan were having their good time. Owing to the fact that it was a mixed bath, the girls did not come along. On the other hand, at the Sufutsu Resort, Sonoko, Ran, Ayumi, Haibara, and Sato met once again after the previous reunion. As Ayumi explained, Sonoko and Ran were there to snowboard[N 1], Sato were there to snowmobile[N 2], and Haibara and she was there to fish. After knowing that Takagi could not come with Sato due to a leg injury, the girls began to experience all projects within the ski resort. Everyone had fun and retired to their dwelling. In the meantime, they were rejoicing their "girls' day out"; Detective Sato was also delighted to not think about cases anymore. Haphazardly, the girls heard some trepidations from the resort staff, whose name was Satoko Yamaguchi; she was speaking with Shu Kitada, the highly-aged resort manager, with fear. Out of curiosity, Sato stepped in and inquired of the matter. Having known that she was an off-duty police officer, the resort manager decided to disclose the fuss: weird things began to happen at the ski resort four days ago; a huge snowman cropped up unexpectedly in the resort venue, then the following day, a mystical signboard was hanged on another area within the resort, later even an igloo emerged out of nowhere. At first all of the resort staff member had speculated that it might had been built by some sort of weirdo guests. Yet after checking the security camera footage, they realised that things might not turn out that simple. The person who apparently had built these did not show their faces or clothing within the camera footage, instead, only black clothes were seen. Strangely, today, the fantasy had brought up to another level - some tress in the resort were painted white. The resort manager Yamaguchi took it to be a prank, so he was not so willing to remove them. Kitada then proposed another possibility: that is, these series of "pranks" might be related to the robbery incident from two years ago... (Source: DCW Wiki)

They then decide to do a stakeout the next day. However, while buying food at convenience store, Chiba is spotted by Detective Boys, so he has no choice but to bring them along to the stakeout. Kogoro und Conan untersuchen den Verdacht von Kanoko Kon, dass ihr Mann eine Affäre mit der Idol-Jockeyin Sakurada Sakura hat.

Kogoro and Conan this time encountered a client named Kanoko Kon. Whereupon they visited her residence with a great extent of curiosity. After entering the house, Kogoro scrutinised the interior and noticed a row of trophies aligned side-by-side. Beside the rightmost trophy there was also a photo of Sakurada Sakura, who is an idol jockey that belonged to Kon Corporation, the company which Kanoko's husband owned. Instinctually, Kogoro fiddled with the heavy trophies but then stopped his behaviour after hearing Kanoko's voice kicking in upstairs. After some customary greetings, Kanoko praised the refinement of Kogoro's new suit; Kogoro boasted that he had just purchased it yesterday at the Beika Department Store. Right after, Kanoko explained to Kogoro her intent for hiring a private detective: she wanted to be certain of whether her husband, Heiwa Kon, is having some affairs with obviously that idol jockey Sakurada Sakura. While Kanoko was recounting the fames that her husband had claimed, Conan noticed that security cameras were installed in an ubiquitous fashion. Kanoko admitted and uttered that they exist to inspect her husband's every move in real-time. In the following week, Kogoro and Conan liaised with each other to tail Heiwa throughly. After that, Kogoro agreed to meet Kanoko for one final time, in order to report all his finding throughout the week. It was a two o'clock, Kogoro awaited her with a seemingly triumph face, whilst having a band-aid stuck on his face. For some reason, they entered a Ferris wheel. (Source: DCW Wiki)

At the MPD Asahidai Police Station, Kogoro roared in an exceedingly anxious tone to Inspector Megure - the reason was, that a culprit behind a murder case who he had assisted the Division 1 to arrest, whose name was Kengo Kitao, was invariably on stand-by mode in terms of the formal prosecution procedure. This definitely struck Kogoro puzzled and kept insisting on getting a justifiable answer for it. Confronting the out-of-mind-Kogoro, Megure sighed and showed the situation: strangely, Kitao admitted everything frankly, but regardless of how Takagi questioned him regarding the details to his crime, he was utterly speechless, yet decided to simply get by the inquiries utilising the fact of his aging. Conan who was also present in the interrogation room, sensed something odd as well. Eights days ago, the police received an anonymous tip and discovered that, near a suspended construction area located in Asahidai, a seemingly abandoned car was parked and a body was seen within. The man who suffered was named Masato Honda, who apparently owned that car. He was first being fed with sleeping pills and was murdered thereafter. (Source: DCW Wiki)

Conan went out to purchase popular mystery novels in a bookstore, and by chance, he encountered two people (a man named Hayato Wakai and a woman named Chiaki Wakai) carrying a child, whose name was Kazuo Mimura. As they radiated gazes at each other, the child chucked a gachapon towards Conan. Opening the toy capsule, not only did Conan see a tiny Kamen Yaiba figurine inside, but also a piece of paper was visible. Unfolding it, Conan discovered that the child was being kidnapped, and the content on that paper was "HELP" (たすけて). After Conan interpreted the signal of crisis, he tailed the three of them and perused into a hotel, where in the hall of the hotel he learned the number of their booked hotel room. Then he knocked on the door of their room and dashed into the room. He pretended to return the gachapon dropped by Kazuo and pulled him into the bathroom. Within the bathroom, he briefly grasped the situation by asking Kazuo for some basic information. Yet he scrutinised the bathroom; there were absolutely no exits to the exterior. The circumstances outside of the bathroom were rather eminent; Hayato kept urging the two kids to get out of the bathroom. Conan had no other choice but to exchange clothes with Kazuo based on the fact that they possess similar appearances. This was the best approach to saving Kazuo from the kidnappers. And that's how Conan found himself sitting in the kidnappers' minivan. Conan persistently observed their behaviour in the back seat. He deduced that the two kidnappers were couples based on their rings on the ring finger. Conan also noticed some unknown stains on the back of the front seat. Apparently, the two kidnappers did not act so proficiently on the matter; they looked more like amateurs. Instead of plotting the abduction themselves, they supposedly read strings of instructions printed on a notepad, possibly written by somebody else. Whilst the Detective Boys and Agasa were eating, they were simultaneously discussing such topics concerning the hit music bands presently. That was when they contended Tokumi Nagasu, Sumika Kokonoe, and Mao Toya; supposedly the three of them are fans for that band. Under the lead of their friend - the waitress Yasuko Aijima, they absently sat on their respective seats. Thereafter, Ayumi, Genta, and Mitsuhiko, who happened to be inside the restaurant, discovered the presence of Mrs. Kobayashi, Detective Chiba, and Shukichi Haneda. What has to happen, happens, Conan receives a call from Yumi and is informed about the crime scene, the suspect's testimony, Conan also asks her some small questions about the victim and is immediately answered with the crime scene recording at that time. And with the selfie of the group of 4 people, Conan also realizes the truth of the case. However, suddenly before that, Yumi suddenly saw the heart symbol on the 7th of this month in Kobayashi's notebook when they were looking for Agasa's number to send the security tape, from there they decided to solve this case without Conan. Mitsuhiko Tsuburayas Detektivnotizen 3

Mitsuhiko, Ayumi, and Genta happen to witness a quarrel taking place in front of an elderly actor selection venue, where two retired brothers, named Makio Yuida and Kozo Yuida respectively, were involved. To ascertain further details, the three Detective Boys visit Kozo and learn that Kozo was chosen to be the elderly actor immediately, which aroused Mitsuhiko to share some Sherlock Holmes "canon". He tells Kozo about the short story titled The Red-Headed League. Accordingly, he suspects Kozo might be drawn into a gigantic fraud, which is similar to the Sherlock Holmes story. However, as they arrived at Kozo's home, nothing out of the ordinary was noticed. Kozo mentioned that he and his brother each had a teapot inherited from their father. Recently he received a letter expressing his desire to purchase both their teapots. Soon, Mitsuhiko noticed something odd in the letter: even though the return address was written to be in Kyoto, the post stamp was clearly from Tokyo. (Source: DCW WIki)
