Kou struggles with his feelings after Nazuna kisses him, wondering if he's in love and ready to become a vampire. When he confesses this to Nazuna and invites her to bite him, she drinks his blood but tells him he's confusing lust with love. Meanwhile, Akira begins losing sleep and meets Kou at midnight. He invites her to spend time with him and Nazuna, and the three hang out at Nazuna's place playing games. Akira grows uneasy seeing Kou's closeness with Nazuna, especially when Nazuna teases him and sucks his blood in front of her. Kou admits he wants to become a vampire, and Akira, though surprised, supports him while still insisting he should attend school. That night, the three awkwardly share a futon, and Akira eventually falls asleep peacefully. In the morning, Nazuna remarks that people sleep best when they're satisfied with their day.
