Teito escapes the Bridge of Trials with Frau after passing the Bishop apprenticeship exam.

Teito summons allies using the Eye of Mikhail and enters a white realm surrounded by Seven Ghost figures. A fierce battle ensues until Ayamani severs the bonds, allowing him and the Black Hawks to vanish through a portal created by Kuroyuri. Frau and others also disappear, leaving Teito alone with Mikage’s spirit for a final conversation before Teito departs. Upon exiting the Bridge of Trials, Teito finds Frau, Labrador, and Castor waiting. They confirm he passed the exam to become an apprentice Bishop under Frau. They prepare to escape via a secret passage originally built for the Pope. Labrador summons flowers to guide them through the twisting tunnel to prevent getting lost. After saying farewell, Teito and Frau board a Hawkzile. Teito briefly encounters Mikage’s spirit again, declaring his future intentions before they part ways, believing they will meet again soon. Finally, they exit the secret entrance and escape.
