At summer camp, Yuusuke Okuma joins the club. Haijima forces Yuni to practice only receives, causing frustration and fear of damaging their friendship. At the Interhigh tournament, Haijima reveals Yuni is the ace and secret weapon. This motivates Yuni to win the match. Later, cousins Itoko and Yorimichi take Yuni bowling to celebrate. Yuni irritates Itoko, who hits him. He then discovers that Yorimichi has been involved in a fight.
