Ep. 1: Jean Otus faces ACCA inspection department shutdown before Fāmasu District audit

The Dowa kingdom consists of thirteen autonomous districts kept in peace by the ACCA organization. Jean Otus, Deputy Chief of the ACCA Headquarters Inspection Department, conducts ad hoc audits of these branches. As he prepares to travel to the Fāmasu District for an inspection, the ACCA's Five Chief Officers announce that the Inspection Department is being shut down. They cite the department's perceived obsolescence during times of peace as the reason for this dissolution. Jean must navigate this sudden organizational change while his audit duties are abruptly terminated by the leadership's decision to eliminate the role.
