Students are tasked with cleaning the swimming pool for the summer uniforms, but they quickly make a mess of the task. Later, the afternoon before a test, Mayoi proposes a study session at Io's house. Sakaki cannot attend because he has a work shift in Hatch Potch, leaving Io and three girls to study together. Following the examination, the weather changes to rain. The group faces a shortage of umbrellas as they attempt to navigate the wet conditions after the test concludes.
