Ep. 33: Mizuki Auditions for Tristar Partners Amidst Challenging Obstacles and a Mysterious Arrival
Mizuki hosts auditions at Starlight Academy to find two partners for her new idol unit, Tristar. Students train for a week before facing rigorous tests. Aoi reveals Mizuki previously failed a team audition because her skills exceeded her teammates. The first challenge involves climbing a steep wall while Naoto sprays water, reducing contestants to fifty. Next, idols cross a balance beam under volleyball bombardment and sing on a mechanical bull, leaving twenty. Yurika is eliminated by a giant fan, leaving eight finalists, including Ichigo, Aoi, Ran, and three girls who auditioned with Mizuki two years ago. After their performance, Mizuki announces a final audition tomorrow for Ichigo, Aoi, Ran, and the three former teammates. Suddenly, a mysterious girl named Kaede Ichinose skydives into the scene.
