After Aoi receives her first fan letter following an online audition upload, she and Ichigo prepare for a takoyaki store job audition. Ichigo trains to avoid tripping, spraining her foot, but is assisted by a young boy named Oota who reveals himself as a fan. The next day, Ichigo and Aoi join Oota for running practice, where their mutual encouragement helps them push through harsh training. Oota is inspired to improve his track running after seeing Ichigo's effort. During the events, Ichigo and Aoi successfully convey their feelings to win their audition, while Oota passes his track preliminaries. Later, Aoi reveals to Ichigo that she was actually Oota's very first fan.
