Ichigo grows curious about her classmate Ran Shibuki, who seems like a loner, and they are paired for a fashion show audition. Ichigo trains with Aoi to adopt a model's demeanor while Ran reflects on her former partner. Mizuki offers Ichigo advice regarding Ran before the event. During the audition, Ran explains to Ichigo that an idol's role on the runway is to convey the emotions of the staff, supporters, and audience. After successfully passing the audition, Ran opens up to Ichigo about her former roommate who had to drop out, an event that had negatively impacted Ran's mood prior to the audition.
