An alien plant invades Earth, and Rita becomes stuck in a repeating time loop, reliving the same day repeatedly. Each cycle allows her to gain knowledge and improve her combat abilities, gradually making her a skilled fighter. However, the constant cycle of death and isolation takes a toll on her. She eventually encounters Keiji, who reveals he has also been trapped in the same daily repetition. Both are caught in an unending conflict, and their meeting may alter the course of their fates.
