Ep. 2: Yuri leads SSS members to the Guild, facing traps and Angel while revealing her tragic past.
With supplies depleted, Yuri guides nine SSS members to the underground Guild where allies craft weapons. As Angel approaches, the group encounters reactivated booby traps, resulting in the deaths of all members except Yuri and Otonashi. During a brief respite, Yuri shares the story of her three younger siblings' murder, which fuels her resolve to defy God's cruel fate. Upon reaching the Guild, Yuri orders an evacuation as Angel nears the entrance. Guild leader Chaa decides to destroy the facility. Yuri and Otonashi engage Angel to provide sufficient time for the remaining members to install explosives and flee to a new location. Yuri subsequently directs the Guild's restructuring, earning Otonashi's recognition of her leadership capabilities.
