Aozora Shoujotai

Takuya Isurugi, an aviation mechanic and anime enthusiast, is assigned to the 801st Tactical Training Squadron, where he encounters a group of unconventional female pilots. Led by the strict and experienced Mitsuru Konishi, the team includes the quarrelsome acrobats Miyuki Haneda and Arisa Mitaka, along with Sakura Saginomiya, who enjoys karaoke and gambling, and Yoko Shimorenjaku, a fan of junk food. Tensions rise as Haneda and Mitaka's rivalry intensifies after both develop feelings for Isurugi. As the Japanese Air Self-Defense Force questions the team's viability, the Airbats must learn to cooperate to avoid being disbanded.
