Following the distribution of the Forty Thieves' plunder, Sinbad finds a flying carpet and tests it, attracting the attention of Tabasa, a witch who lost her magic to Balba. Balba sends Tabasa to retrieve the item, and she disguises herself as a beautiful girl to approach Sinbad. A mouse reveals her true identity, prompting her to kidnap Shera and the carpet. Sinbad and Ali Baba discover a flying horse Tabasa used to reach the city and ride it to the magicians' hideout. A conflict ensues, destroying the cave and leading to an aerial battle. Sinbad and Aladdin defeat their pursuers, reclaim Shera and the carpet, and gift the carpet to the city before continuing their journey.
